Johnny is an analyst for Gather Real Estate in the Land Acquisition department. His primary role is to support brokers and agents in finding potential properties that match the needs of investors, developers, and builders in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas.
Johnny and his wife, Renee, were both born in Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma. They have three children and three grandsons. Renee works as a consultant for the Catholic Archdiocese of Oklahoma City. Johnny loves gardening, solving problems, and is a connoisseur of margaritas.
In 2020, Johnny formed Riter Enterprises LLC to consult with small businesses and non-profits to assist with improvement initiatives or scale up issues. Prior to forming Riter Enterprises LLC, Johnny worked for three decades for Koch Industries in various divisions and leadership roles, learning and developing skills in economic analysis, continuous improvement, operations, and management.
